Taxation (Annual Rates for 2017-18, Employment and Investment Income, and Remedial Matters) Bill

This Bill is aimed at everyone's favourite thing: tax! It aims to modernise, improve, and increase fairness in our taxation system. It will simplify the way in which taxes are collected and penalties are payed, address some GST-related matters, and reduce biases in how incomes from different sources are taxed. Customs and Excise Bill

This bill was custom-built to replace the Customs and Excise Act 1996. It modernises the Act, making it less prescriptive and easier to interpret and apply.
