WEEKLY ROUNDUP April 30th to May 13th
WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT THIS WEEK:
The internet: a place to see friends, cat videos, memes, and now, potentially: a place to vote. This bill wants to make a couple of changes to existing acts to make it easier to trial new methods of voting - first by allowing trials to be conducted ward-wide and by allowing electors' age groups to be used in information gathering.
Basically, this bill says that you can't facilitate the international transfer of a weapon from a place outside NZ to another place outside NZ unless you are registered as a broker and have a permit. Have lots of thoughts about this? Read all about it above!
